Adam Powell (Powell) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County that affirmed the decision of the Middletown Township Board of Supervisors (Board) terminating his employment pursuant to Section 2 of the Act of June 15, 1951, P.L. 586, commonly known as the Police Tenure Act (Act), as amended, 53 P.S. 812. We affirm.
